Accompanying Persons Activities: The 15th IFIS Organizing Committee wishes to extend an invitation to all attendee companions who would like to share the IFIS experience and take in the sights and diverse cultural activities that Oklahoma City has to offer. Accompanying persons will be provided the opportunity to attend symposium evening events, including the formal opening ceremony and cocktail prty, the informal dinner, and the formal Gala Dinner. Accompanying persons will also be provided tourist information packets containing public transportation options and sightseeing ideas to some of Oklahoma City's artistic, cultural, and historic locations.

You MAY substitute another individual with no additional costs or penalty. If this event is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to retain a $250 international processing fee for all symposium registrations. ALL INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES AND GUESTS MUST download and fill out the FAA Security Form if they are planning to attend the Aircraft Static Display at ARINC and the FAA Mike Monroney Center. Processing takes two weeks. Immediately Email the document to:
